Des Moines, Iowa – Three Drake University journalism students will live blog this evening’s Polk County GOP picnic, which features three presidential candidates: Texas Gov. Rick Perry, U.S. Rep. Ron Paul of Texas and U.S. Rep. Thaddeus McCotter of Michigan.
The picnic is at the Iowa State Fairgrounds from 5 to 7:30 p.m. The students are Becca Mataloni, Kristen Smith and Chelsey Teachout.
