Foods certified as organic must be produced
using growing methods that minimize soil erosion and that maintain or enhance
the fertility of the soil. Organic meat, poultry, eggs and dairy products come
from animals that are given no antibiotics or growth hormones, must be fed
organic feed and have access to the outdoors.

We should all be more conscious about our choices and how they eventually affect the folks who actually provide the goods and services we purchase. Our planet is not getting any bigger, but the human race is both exploding in population as well as in how much we consume…

I stumbled upon your Think Magazine on-line by way of flickr….
Stumbled is the key word here. I hope your work is viewed by many more than just those who stumble upon it, because the message deserves to be heard by many.

Your work–both article and photos would be a great fundraising tool for the Shelter, as well.
